FOR NEW SURVEY PROGRAMS

Plan for interpretation before the aircraft flies

A new aerial magnetic survey can become more useful when its resolution, coverage and deliverables are aligned with the geological questions the team needs to answer.

EVIDENCE 01

Connect acquisition to the decision

ACIS Consulting and Rosor Exploration can discuss the exploration objective, available geology and existing surveys before a magnetic program. Once data are available, the interpretation workflow can trace magnetic domains, boundaries and structural patterns and compare them with other evidence.

EVIDENCE 02

What the team receives

The agreed scope can include maps, anomaly inventory, ranked areas for review and a documented interpretation narrative. Where data quality or source ambiguity limits confidence, the report identifies the gap and recommends the next discriminating test.

EVIDENCE 03

Why it matters

Survey spending is most valuable when the result answers a decision question. Integrated interpretation can help focus follow-up mapping, ground geophysics or drilling compilation on the locations where additional evidence will matter most.

What the team can use

  • Acquisition and interpretation aligned to the objective
  • Consistent review of magnetic patterns across the footprint
  • A clear handoff to the geological team
