1 Capture the request

Route the selected RFQ email and its attachments into the workflow. AI creates a case, lists drawings and revisions, and organizes quantities, material, finish, notes and requested dates. The owner confirms the case and extracted requirements.

2 Prepare the work

AI drafts questions where information is missing or ambiguous. It prepares supplier requests from approved records or proposes researched contacts for verification. The project manager or purchasing team reviews each message before release.

3 Review and coordinate

The estimator enters labour and scheduling assumptions. AI combines the reviewed inputs into an internal evidence package and a customer quote draft. The PM edits the draft, senior management approves or returns it, and the approved version is sent and logged.

4 Assemble the quote

The workflow combines reviewed inputs into a preliminary quote package with assumptions, confidence and items requiring senior approval. Final price and customer communication stay with authorized staff.
