Test with live work

Run representative RFQs through the process, compare extracted requirements with the drawings, inspect estimate evidence, test supplier status and refine the dashboard with project managers.

Measure the outcome

Track quote cycle time, touches per RFQ, supplier waiting time, unresolved blockers, low-confidence estimates, approval turnaround and quote-to-actual variance. Use the results to decide which capabilities and integrations merit the next investment.
